Agrocapital is required to retain certain user records for a legally mandated duration, even after account deactivation. This includes:

• Audit trail and security logs

All retained data is securely encrypted and used strictly for regulatory, auditing, and compliance purposes. We never use deactivated account data for advertising or marketing.
